A Dream From The Past

I'm roaming around Anderson, Indiana with some friends looking for something to do. If I had to guess, I would say it was the 1970's. There is a lot of fun stuff to do here, not like how I remember. The whole city is like one giant amusement park.

Near Applewood, there is a shark ride similar to the JAWS ride at Universal Studios, Orlando. This ride however is much more intense. We are placed in a bus that submerges underwater. The windows are nice and big so we can see everything. Swimming next to the bus is a Great White shark. The size of the beast is enough to take the air from your lungs. We have several more encounters along the way. At one point, I tell the bus driver that the graphics on a nearby television are old. He agrees. He then makes me an honorary co-captain of the bus. He places a button on my shirt to make it official.

The bus comes to a stop next to another bus. The driver says, "if you want to experience the scarier portion of the ride, you can exit this bus and enter the other. If you want the experience to end, stay where you are." I board the other bus. I want fear. I need adrenaline. I sit at the back of the bus near the emergency exit. The bus submerges deeper underwater this time. I look out the back door and there is a giant shark with his mouth stretched wide open, looking for a quick lunch. Dream ends.

Dream 1/21/17

I'm in a town near the ocean. The town looks like it could be french or polish. The buildings look old and beautiful. As I explore the town, I find a claw machine on the edge of a two story building. There is no way to get to it except to climb or jump from a nearby ledge. I do. It excites me that it's hidden and out of the way, I bet there is still a lot of good stuff inside to win.

I quit IHOP not long ago, but due to a long period of unemployment, I am in desperate need of money, so I decide to return to IHOP.

My sister and certain people in my family are running an ocean observatory building, in the ocean, near the french, polish town. Fred Flintstone comes to visit. They discover that cows are grazing on the ocean floor. A giant shark is stalking the observatory. It attacks the building and causes it to sink and become submerged under the surface of the deep. There is also a half shark half killer whale that swims near the observatory. Dream ends.

Close Encounters Of The Shark Kind

Nightmare 1/3/2017

     I'm staying at a hotel near the beach. In the pool of the hotel there is a great white shark. Many people complain because it doesn't have much space to live. It basically swims around in a circle and that's its life.

     In the ocean, just past the buoys, there is an even bigger shark. This beast may be related more closely to the Megalodon, a giant shark once thought extinct. I swim with a group of children and my sister in the waters of the ocean, but am always cautious as to what's below. We never pass the buoys. My sister at one point is on an inflatable raft too far out, but for some reason the shark doesn't attack. We have many close encounters.

     Someone at the hotel shows me a video taken underwater of a girl who was on the swim team, swimming down and coming face to face with the giant beast, and swimming for her life toward the beach, the shark is on her tail the whole time. At one point she rests to regain her strength, at that moment, you would have thought she was going to be eaten. The shark widens its jaws to eat it's lunch, but just then she shoots to the surface and makes it to safety. The footage is heart-pounding. 

     It comes time for me to leave the hotel and go back home. But something strange happens. The children that I played with on the beach change. I feel darkness emanating from their eyes. Yesterday they were the nice kids at the beach, today they are more or less the children of the corn. They chase me down and attack me, but I hide. I wait for the right moment. When I feel they aren't paying close attention, I make  my escape and leave the demon children behind. Dream ends

Dream 2/9/2016

I am swimming in the deep ocean.

This is a game but I am here. I search the waters for sharks. Each shark I discover is bigger than the last. I stand on the ocean floor when a hole opens up and lets out an enormous air pocket. Billions of bubbles rise to the surface. Just then, through the tower of bubbles swims a Megalodon. I am so scared, I can't think or move. He swims over me. Dream ends

Dream 5-29-13 

Walking through a warehouse, I see some acquaintances of mine. They are standing on a catwalk above a pool. I walk to them. They draw my attention to the pool. I take a glance. I see a shadow of a creature swimming below the surface. They tell me it is a Great White shark. However, it is only mechanical. They want to play a game. A few more friends come by. We tell them to get into the pool. There are about four men. They wade into the pool. My friends on the catwalk push a button. Right then the shark rises out of the water and lets out a fear-inducing growl. The four men below scream and try to swim away. We all have a good laugh. Dream ends.
