Twin Towers

Dream 10.19.2018

My family is on vacation. We stay at a cabin on the edge of a mountain. The cottage has no walls. It is entirely open to the world.

My sister Kristen and I are talking. I tell her that I recently visited a city that rebuilt the World Trade Center twin towers. At first, I can't remember the name of the town then it hits me, Philadelphia.

I travel to Philly by myself to see the towers.

At one point I am at the top of one of the towers, and I see part of the original roof, of the New York WTC, on display. When walking under the roof, one enters a room where many pictures depict the history and demise of the majestic buildings.

At one point I am standing on the street looking up at the towers. The sheer size takes my breath away. I try to take a picture while a plane flies in the sky above.

A black gentleman and I are on one of the top floors. We must make our way downstairs. We jump onto a bumpy slide that takes us down several levels. Many slides lead downward.

My mom and I are on one of the middle floors. Several staircases are leading in different directions. My mom is trying to make it down. I try to follow but become lost. I cannot find the correct staircase. Trying to retrace my steps, I end up several floors above. My mom and I see each other. She asks in a joking manner, "where have you been?" I tell her that I got lost.

My brother-in-law and I are standing at one of the entrances to the WTC. There is an art piece showing two squares diagonal from each other. On top of the squares are objects that spin around in a circle. Dream ends.

Ape Escape

Dream 2/20/14

I'm back in my old childhood home in Middletown, Indiana. 

I have an ape. He tears up the house. I don't want the house to be a mess so I put him outside in a dog kennel. Inside the kennel is a radio. I hope he doesn't destroy it. The ape immediately climbs out. I get scared and run back to the house. I don't want him to eat my face off. He's now outside running wild.

My mom comes home. She asks me why the ape is running loose outside. I tell her that I tried to put him in the dog kennel but he climbed out within a second. I then tell her that I ran back to the house because I wanted to keep my face intact. Dream ends.

Bill O'Reilly

Dream 2-19-14

Today, my mom and I decide to go to the market. While there, my mom buys a product from Bill O'Reilly. As we walk throughout the store, people stop my mom and tell her that they are not fans of O'Reilly.

We get to the check-out line. We put our items up on the counter. The cashier tells my mom that she is not a fan of Bill O'Reilly. I think to myself, "I doubt this lady even knows who Bill O'Reilly is." Dream ends.

I wake up.

The Hunt

Nightmare 2-1-14

An old man, a young girl, and me are hunting for deer. We walk through the dark woods with apples. We come across a family of deer. The old man tells me to feed them. I walk very slowly up to one of the deer and hold my hand out with the apple. He cautiously walks toward me and starts to eat the apple out of my hand. When the deer is done eating, I turn around and walk back toward my friends. All of a sudden, the deer become outraged. I wasn't supposed to turn my back on them. We make a run for it.

We run to the staircase that leads up to my apartment. At the bottom of the staircase is a bathroom. The old man and little girl hide in there while I try for the apartment at the top. The stairs have around 75 steps. I make it to the top, rush through the door and close it behind me. Outside the door, I hear several thumps. When there is no more sound, I open the door to find a hundred deer spread along the entire staircase. They are all dead.

My dad wakes up early to hunt. He walks down the large staircase leading out to the woods. I follow him without his knowledge of it. I get to the bottom of the stairs to find him in the woods staring at a tv. On the tv is a set of numbers, 111. He turns around and I see that something is not right in his eyes. He starts to run toward me. I run up the stairs. He has a sythe in his hands. He wants to hurt me. I make it to the apartment, run to my bedroom and lock the door. I hear my dad. He's banging on the door. I think he's possessed. He eventually walks away. I no longer hear sound. I walk out of my room and into the living room where my dad is threatening my mom. 

My mom doesn't seem stressed about the situation. She calmly asks my dad to put down the weapon. Suddenly, my dad snaps out of it. He hugs my mom and me. Things are normal again. Dream ends.

Miley

Dream 6-21-13

I am sleeping on the floor of a second story building. Many of us are sleeping here, including my mom. The room is open, meaning, there aren't any walls, so we are practically outside. A few people are walking around, they must be restless sleepers. I decide to raise my head up and spit off the balcony. I then lay back down. The man next to me gets the blame for what I've done. The man at the front says that I couldn't have possibly spit off the balcony because I was sleeping and I have a book next to me about dancing.

Our alarm clock is a band at the front of the room. I could be wrong but I believe that it's Miley Cyrus singing. God help me. Dream ends.

Yamaka

5-30-13 Dream

     I walk out to the lake behind my house. I see a gazebo that I've never noticed before. I walk into the gazebo and sit down. Under a cushion, I find a pile of Playboy magazines. They aren't mine. I think they're my dad's. I look at them. My mom calls for me. It's time to go to church. We pull into a church that I don't recognize. It's a Jewish tabernacle. We walk in and sit down. I'm confused to why we are here. We aren't Jewish. I walk up with the choir and sing with them. They put a Yamaka on my head. I exit stage left. Dream ends.
