A Ghost Of The Times

Dream 1.29.2019

My father, sister, and brother-in-law have created or discovered a portal. I'm led to believe this is a time portal that will allow me to visit my past and future. When I enter the entrance, I suddenly find myself in another city. I know that I am not on earth, but this world isn't much different than my own. The city seems empty. It crosses my mind that I am in a simulation, like "The Matrix," made to believe that what I am seeing is real when it assuredly is not.

In this reality, it is unlawful for a laborer to talk to an upperclassman/woman. I walk through the empty city. As I walk, I look at the buildings. In part, they look real but in another way, computerized. In a tall building, I start talking loudly about penises. I am electrocuted with a taser and forcefully removed from the premises.

I stand on the roof of the building opposite where I was assaulted. A woman with me starts throwing bombs toward the building. When they hit the ground, she uses a detonator to cause an explosion. She was wronged too.

Education works differently here, as well. Instead of a child going to a school to learn, they spend the day in a specific house where the owners of the house teach them. Many kids are in the same house. I enter one home where I come across three rows of metal folding chairs. Fifteen or more Asian students are propped up in their chairs. I realize right away that none are moving. They are dead.

The strange people in this house show me their dead ancestors who are ghosts. The ghosts stand in a line. As I tap each one, they float away. The last one has a white face similar to the Rhinegeist logo with black, raven hair and dark eyes. I tap, but it refuses to move. It stays in my mind and never lets me go. Dream ends.

Wolves and Sheep

Dream July 1, 2018

Somehow, I've found my way into an enemy cult. Several of my friends are here as well. The leader of the cult is a man with the personality of Scar (The Lion King) and the Joker (Batman's nemesis). He takes my friends and me as captives. We work tirelessly day in and day out in a labor camp.

One day, I enter a building that is forbidden to me. I meet a pretty, blonde woman who is a member of the cult. We talk and become friends. I also become friends with her brunette friend. I am freed from labor due to my association with the girls. The leader of the cult even promotes me to the leadership. But I am not one of them. I am a sheep in wolves clothing.

My friends are suffering. They haven't eaten for days, and you can see that they are thinning. Some of them are on death's doorstep.

A boy, around the age of six, is put in charge of my friends. I walk with him to the labor camp, which looks like a barn. When we arrive, my friends whisper to me that they are starving. I tell the boy that we should get them some food or else they won't have the energy to work. He does what I suggest. They are grateful for my help.

I am spending time with the blonde and brunette when another girl walks into the room. I try talking to her. She blows me off. For some reason she detests me. She climbs into the top shelf of a closet. I'm confused.

A portal has opened. I've figured out that I have been in another world this whole time. I walk through a tall, wooden hallway. At the end is the portal. I enter it. On the other side, I find myself in New York City. I instantly put together a plan to save people from the cult. I return and take a baby that belongs to a cultist. I make it through the portal but then return with it. In my room, I hide it under a blanket. The leaders of the cult enter but do not see the baby. Dream ends.

The Gates of Hell

Dream 2/10/2016

Tim, Josh and I walk down a dark hallway. There is a light at the end.

At the end of the hallway are four doors and four switches. It is a puzzle. We must hit the switches in the right order to get through. We figure it out. Suddenly, we are in an arcade. Video games everywhere. I play a basketball game. The game is curved instead of straight. I miss every shot. Tim and Josh move on to the next level. I don't want to miss anything so I stay. The next group of people enter the arcade. I miss Tim and Josh so I move on to the next level.

Suddenly I am in a house where every room has a table with junk food on it. In this house, there is no discernible path from A to B, it's several paths all leading to rooms with a table with junk food on top (Think of the food scene from the movie "Hook").

Eventually, I find a stairway leading down. I enter I giant room with white walls. Inside this room are several small rooms with no ceiling. Inside these small rooms are portals. I know of a girl that went missing by jumping through a giant red portal in the back. It is said that the red portal only leads to one place, Hell. I am not supposed to be in this place, as there are guards patrolling the area. All of a sudden, the girl that went missing grabs my hand and starts leading me to the back of the room without being caught by the guards. We make it to the room. In front of us lies a giant portal with what looks like red electricity and fire. We enter. Dream ends.

Portal

Dream 3/3/2015

Today is someone's birthday. It is a friend of my sister.

My sister's friend lives in France. Many people from my her class show up along with a few from mine. One of my best friends is here, Tim.

We walk around the house. I stay close to my sister. I'm always uncomfortable in other countries because I don't know their culture and I don't want to offend anyone with something that seems normal in mine.

I catch Tim and start a conversation with him. I ask him, "how is it that we were all able to afford this trip to France, after all, we just had a school field trip to Germany last week." Tim responds, "well, my family can afford it because we're rich but I don't know how yours came up with the money." He starts to explain to me that their is one class in high school that you must pass with flying colors or else you will be a deadbeat for the rest of your life.

It's around this time in the conversation that I notice that I am in a different place entirely. The place I am in looks like the motherboard of a computer. I wonder around a bit. It's huge. I'm like a small flea on a gigantic motherboard. I notice something strange. Just inside many of the doorways is a glossy film. I can't tell what it is. I walk and walk (I find I do this in a lot of my dreams). I just keep on walking. I walk until the sounds of life are far behind me.

I enter a room where a homosexual man is standing. He is attracted to me. He wants me. But I do not want him in that way. I run. He chases me. I run into a room the size of an auditorium. To the left of me is a playground slide. I climb onto it and lie down so that he doesn't see me. I hope he thinks that I just kept running and passes me by. I hear the door open. Silence at first and then I hear a thumping on the slide. I jump up and start running down the slide, only this is not a normal slide. It splits off into many paths and goes every direction. I pick one. It takes me to a factory where toys are made. I leave the slide and run. I just keep running. I turn corners and take doors in this gigantic maze. Anything to lose this guy behind me. I get so lost I know that he won't find me.

I come to a ramp that leads up to a glossy film. I know now that the film is a portal to another place. I run to it but it doesn't let me through. Instead, the floor starts to raise. One side and then the other. Sort of like a backwards 'Jacobs ladder.' A radio show comes on the intercom. The DJ's run a commentary on my situation. The floor keeps moving. One side raises and I run to that side, the other side raises and I run to that side. I am being lifted high into the air. Eventually it stops. In front of me is a portal. I jump through it.

I find myself in a large, dark room with many beds. The only light in the room is coming from a movie being played on the wall, via projector. But I'm the only one here. Dream ends.

I wake up.
